windows Installer Service is not getting started .
Step 1 : Press Windows key + r (run window will open )
Step 2: write the command - msiexec /regserver
Step 3 : Then write services.msc in Run window
Step 4 : Click on windows installer .
Step 5 : Click on Start .
It will work .
